These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Odo ("the App"), available on iOS and Android. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Odo is a personal vehicle maintenance tracking app. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Odo does not require an account. Your vehicle data and mileage logs are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and keeping your data backed up.
Odo may offer optional paid features ("Odo Pro") via in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms. We do not handle payment information directly. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
With your permission, the App may send push notifications to remind you to log your mileage. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
All content, design, and code within Odo are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that maintenance reminders will be perfectly accurate for your specific vehicle.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed maintenance events.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
