Pay Track (“the App”) is designed to help you track your payments, subscriptions, and upcoming dues with clarity and peace of mind.

This Privacy Policy explains what the App stores, what limited operational and analytics data it sends, and how you can delete your data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Pay Track stores the information you manually enter into the app, including:

• Payment names
• Amounts
• Due dates
• Notes
• Recurring settings
• Categories, receipt images, and reminder preferences

This information is stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, in your private iCloud account.

3. Data Storage

Payment records are stored on your device and synced through Apple’s private CloudKit database so they remain available across your devices.

• Receipt images are stored in the App’s iCloud container when available and otherwise stored locally.
