By downloading, installing, or using Pay Track ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Pay Track's developer ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of the App

Pay Track is a personal finance utility designed to help you:

• Track payments, subscriptions, and upcoming due dates
• Organize financial obligations with notes and recurring settings
• Receive local reminders for upcoming payment due dates

The App operates entirely on your device and does not connect to external servers or third-party financial services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Pay Track. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. The App is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

4. License to Use

4.1 Grant of License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Pay Track on your personal Apple device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
